I have a Braun Oral B Type3756 F136 50613 which ...

I have a Braun Oral B Type3756 F136 50613 which also has written on the body "Made in Germany N2820". It was given to me as a birthday present a few years ago and seems to be different to any of the manuals listed. Where can I get some information from, as the time between charges is now getting shorter and shorter, but is otherwise OK?
