How do I change the head of the toothbrush? I did...

How do I change the head of the toothbrush? I did it before, bought the Oral B replacement heads, have the "tool" that comes with it, and I still can't change it, tho I am following the instructions on the replacement heads. I love my toothbrush but need help to use it.
