Hello. Why is my Oral B toothbrush no longer charg...

Hello. Why is my Oral B toothbrush no longer charging or even attempting to charge? It is only just one year old and we have tried it with an identical (new) charger. The light is not indicating a charge yet our other (identical) toothbrush will charge still using the same charger.
