I have silk epil xelle 5395, yesterday its lower gear in the main machine stopped working.. The light is turning on but its gear is not moving.. How Can it be fixed!? How to open the lower part and clean it?

0 Well i have this manual and cleaning it in the same way.but the lower gear got jammed. I need to know if lower machine can be opened and clean?
