0 hello I recently purchased a tourmaline ionic 1875 watt portable salon dryer. the dryer is not preforming well at all. #1 the temperature goes up and down from heat to cold then shuts off. I have read the manual front to back and all instructions have been followed. I have tested three different areas and plugs all of the same results. the store that it was purchased will not take it back and I can't use it for my clients. I would like a refund please.
