FLIRORFLIR’SEXPRESSLYAUTHORIZEDDESIGNEE.

BETWEENPURCHASERANDFLIRANDSUPERSEDESALLPRIOR
WARRANTYNEGOTIATIONS,AGREEMENTS,PROMISESAND
UNDERSTANDINGSBETWEENPURCHASER
ANDFLIR.THIS
WARRANTYMAYNOTBEALTEREDWITHOUTTHEEXPRESS
WRITTENCONSENTOFFLIR.
6.WARRANTYRETURN,REPAIRANDREPLACEMENT.Tobe
eligibleforwarrantyrepairorreplacement,Purchasermustnotify
FLIRwithinthirty(30)daysofdiscoveringofanyapparentdefect
inmaterialsorworkmanship.BeforePurchasermay
returna
Productforwarrantyserviceorrepair,Purchasermustfirstobtain
areturnedmaterialauthorization(RMA)numberfromFLIR.To
obtaintheRMAnumberOwnermustprovideanoriginalproofof
purchase.Foradditionalinformation,tonotifyFLIRofanapparent
defectinmaterialsorworkmanship,ortorequestan
RMA
number,visitwww.flir.com.Purchaserissolelyresponsiblefor
complyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovidedbyFLIRincluding
butnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingtheProductforshipment
toFLIRandforallpackagingandshippingcosts.FLIRwillpayfor
returningtoPurchaseranyProductthatFLIRrepairsor
replaces
underwarranty.
FLIRreservestherighttodetermine,initssolediscretion,
whetherareturnedProductiscoveredunderwarranty.IfFLIR
determinesthatanyreturnedProductisnotcoveredunder
warrantyorisotherwiseexcludedfromwarrantycoverage,FLIR
maychargePurchaserareasonablehandlingfeeandreturnthe
ProducttoPurchaser,atPurchaser’sexpense,orofferPurchaser
theoptionofhandlingtheProductasanonwarrantyreturn.FLIR
shallnotberesponsibleforanydata,imagesorotherinformation
thatmaybestoredonthereturnedProductwhichwasnot
includedintheProductatthetime
ofpurchase.ItisPurchaser’s
responsibilitytosaveanyandalldatapriortoreturningthe
Productforwarrantyservice.
7.NONWARRANTYRETURN.PurchasemayrequestthatFLIR
evaluateandserviceorrepairaProductnotcoveredunder
warranty,whichFLIRmayagreetodoinitssolediscretion.
Before
PurchaserreturnsaProductfornonwarrantyevaluationand
repair,PurchasermustcontactFLIRbyvisitingwww.flir.comto
requestanevaluationandobtainanRMA.Purchaserissolely
responsibleforcomplyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovidedby
FLIRincludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingthe
Productforshipmentto
FLIRandforallpackagingandshipping
costs.Uponreceiptofanauthorizednonwarrantyreturn,FLIR
willevaluatetheProductandcontactPurchaserregardingthe
feasibilityofandthecostsandfeesassociatedwithPurchaser’s
request.Purchasershallberesponsibleforthereasonablecostof
FLIR’sevaluation,forthe
costofanyrepairsorservicesauthorized
byPurchaser,andforthecostofrepackagingandreturningthe
ProducttoPurchaser.
AnynonwarrantyrepairofaProductiswarrantedforone
hundredeightydays(180)daysfromthedateofreturnshipment
byFLIRtobefreefromdefectsin
materialsandworkmanship
only,subjecttoallofthelimitations,exclusionsanddisclaimersin
thisdocument.
