s Do not immerse the product in water or
any other liquid.
s If you suffer from any of the following
conditions, please see your health care
provider before using your BodyBare
epilator – acne, moles, diabetes, during
pregnancy, eczema, hemophilia, immune
de
ficiency, psoriasis, varicose veins or
wounds.
s Do not use this unit where it can come
into contact with the scalp, clothing and
shoelaces to avoid personal injury and
damage to the unit.
s BodyBareUltimate is not suitable for use
on the face.
s Use only on clean, dry skin.
s This product has not been designed for
use on the eyebrows.
s Use only with the adaptor supplied with
this appliance.
s As this is a personal care product, we
recommend that it is used by one person
only.
s The external flexible cord of the
adaptor cannot be replace
d. If the cord
is damaged, the adaptor should be
scrapped.
Note: Use of an epilator may cause
reddening or irritation of the skin. This
is a normal reaction which will quickly
disappear. However if the irritation remains
for more than three days, please see your
health care practitioner.

Emjoi’s Safety Precautions
s Before using your BodyBare epilator
for the first time, we recommend that
you familiarise yourself with how the
appliance feels on the skin. Try the
unit on the back of the hand before
using it on more delicate areas.
s We recommend that you have a warm
shower or bath before use and use a
loofah or exfoliating cream to prepare
the skin.
s Ensure that the skin is clean and
dry. Do not use over body lotions or
moisturisers.
s When removing hair it is very
important to hold the skin very taut to
avoid pinching.
s The appliance can be used on the
legs, underarms and the bikini line.
s
It can also be used on single hairs on
the face particularly on the upper lip
and chin. BodyBareUltimate is not
suitable for use on the face due to the
dual Epilation heads.
s If hair is longer than 5mm, trim with
scissors before use.
s The appliance is not suitable for use
on the eyebrows.
s Switch the appliance to the on
position and hold at a 90 degree angle
to the area you wish to remove hair
from with the BodyBare logo facing
away from you.
s Move the appliance in rapid circles,
lightly gliding over the skin. There is
no need to apply pressure.
s If too much pressure is applied, the
appliance many s
low down.
s The appliance is designed to be used
on hair as short as 0.5mm so there is
no need for stubble to appear before
epilating.
s All of the BodyBare epilators listed
uses 24 carat gold tweezers which are
ideal for use on sensitive skin .
