  My chair is fully charged but I can not get any movement out of it. Can some one help me.
  
  1. Try unplugging both controller plugs and reconnecting them turn it off and on and try it.
  2. Then you might try unlocking the motors with the levers so you can push it and then lock the motors again turn it off and the back on and try again (make sure the motors are locked and that you can not push the chair because if they are not locked locked your chair wont work.

  re The two battery cables to the batteries, each has a red connector and and a black end connector.
  They do not both go on the same battery. Ie one red goes to one battery and the black on that cable goes to the other battery (not the same one)
  The other cable has to beconnected the same way- that is how they get 24 volts from 2 - 12 volt batteries.
  So put one red conector on the plus on the left battery and from the same cable put the black on the right battery. Then tke the pther cble and put the red on the right battery and the black on the left battery and you will be good to go.
